to use: after applying your serum or facial oil, roll up from the chin to the cheek, then roll out towards your neck, then, from the center of your neck, roll upward & outward. from the eye area, roll outward. for sinus pain & headaches, chill roller in fridge or freezer, then roll from the center of forehead, up & outward toward the ears.
to clean: lightly wipe down roller & handle with a soft tissue & a spritz of alcohol
